Agency Fee
$18,000
Quest Surrogacy prides itself on maintaining a lower agency fee compared to others in the industry. We believe in keeping our services accessible for the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that everyone who wishes to start a family through surrogacy can do so without financial barriers. We keep low overhead by maintaining a small staff and lower annual commitments. This approach supports our commitment to affordability and personalized attention throughout your surrogacy journey.
Surrogacy Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000
Gestational Carriers will receive a base compensation for carrying the pregnancy. First time surrogates receive a base fee of $45,000. Additional compensation may include maternity clothing, reimbursement for lost wages due to medical appointments or recovery, and coverage of various medical procedures such as fertility treatments, prenatal care, and delivery expenses. These details are agreed upon in a contract, ensuring clarity and fairness throughout the arrangement.
Legal fees
$6,000 - $10,000
Legal fees include the cost of drafting and executing legal documents, such as the surrogacy contract, and any legal fees associated with the birth of your child. Quest Surrogacy offers a compensation package for its Gestational Carriers which can help outline those items in your contract.
Medical Expenses
(variable costs)
Medical expenses for your gestational carrier can include the cost of fertility treatments and medications, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Other medical expenses likely will include prenatal care and delivery expenses. Although actual costs may vary depending on the fertility clinic, having expectations on these expenses will help mitigate uncertainties and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
IVF Clinic

The costs associated with IVF, including fertility treatments and medications, can vary significantly depending on the fertility clinic selected. Each clinic sets its own pricing structure for procedures like in vitro fertilization, taking into account factors such as the complexity of treatment, the need for specific medications, and the clinic's location.
Travel Expenses
$2,000 - $8,000
If the intended parents or gestational carrier needs to travel for the embryo transfer, medical appointments, or birth, travel expenses such as airfare, lodging, and meals may be incurred.
Full-Service Management $18,000
At Quest Surrogacy, full-service management means taking care of every essential step in your surrogacy journey, so you can focus on what matters most: the connection with your gestational carrier and the excitement of building your family. Our agency fee is designed to cover a complete array of services—which provide a community-first approach. We ensure that each aspect, from the first introductions to birth preparations, is carefully handled with expertise and empathy, creating a seamless, supported path to parenthood.

Installment 1
$7,000
Amount due upon Intended Parent(s) matching with their Gestational Carrier and completing a Retainer Agreement with Quest Surrogacy, LLC
Installment 2
$6,000
Amount due after the completion of the Gestational Agreement between Surrogate and Intended Parent(s)
Installment 3
$5,000
The remainder of the agency fee is due at the time of the first heartbeat confirmation
Surrogate Benefit Package
In addition to the agency fees for partnering with Quest Surrogacy, our gestational carriers receive compensation for the remarkable role they undertake. Our Surrogate Benefits package is thoughtfully crafted to offer each gestational carrier a comprehensive suite of benefits, reflecting our profound gratitude for their dedication to carrying a pregnancy for you, the intended parent(s).
Alongside a base compensation, they receive additional variable compensation and fully covered expenses. All payments are managed through legal counsel and disbursed to your gestational carrier via a secure, third-party escrow account, ensuring transparency and peace of mind every step of the way.

A first-time Gestational Carriers base pay is $45,000.
Each subsequent surrogacy will see an increase of $5,000

Simply put, you won’t pay a cent until we’ve connected you with your gestational carrier. And if, for any reason, we’re unable to find that perfect match (though we’re pretty confident we can!), you won’t owe us a thing.
