Your Journey to Parenthood Starts Here

Advocacy Focused Family Planning
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals often face discrimination and mistreatment in medical spaces. This can take many forms, including a lack of cultural competency, bias and discrimination, and overall inadequate care.
How can Quest Surrogacy help?
Quest Surrogacy uses an advocacy-first approach with our coordination of services. Whether medical providers or legal counsel, we vet these providers ahead of time to ensure they have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community or identify as LGBTQ+ themselves. Our job is to create safe spaces for you and your Gestational Carrier.
We are here to help you begin your journey.

You deserve healthcare providers who are inclusive, affirming, and culturally competent. At Quest Surrogacy, we remove barriers to make your journey safe, supported, and rooted in love—no matter your gender, family structure, or identity.

Step 2: Finding the Right Match
We use a variety of methods to match our intended parents with our gestational carriers. First and foremost, you will be matched with an LGBTQ+ Gestational Carrier.
Second, a Compatibility Assessment. Through this, we will match you based on communication styles, shared interests, location, and more. We strive to ensure that you and your gestational carrier can proceed seamlessly through your journey while we offer continued support before, during, and after the birth of your baby.

Step 3: Legal Agreements & Escrow
The legal document that outlines the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved is known as a Surrogacy Agreement. This contract is typically drawn up between the Intended Parent(s) and the Gestational Carrier and will be executed with the the help of legal counsel. Surrogacy agreements can be upwards of 50 pages and cover numerous items, including financial compensation, medical procedures, parental rights, confidentiality, and much more.
A third-party escrow account will be used to hold the financial compensation and expenses for the gestational carrier and to disburse funds as specified in the surrogacy agreement. An escrow account will assist in the financial process's security, transparency, privacy, protection, and overall peace of mind.

Step 4: Pregnancy, Delivery & Support
We provide a wide range of support and assistance to Intended Parents and their Gestational Carriers throughout the pregnancy and delivery process.
We will aid in all matters pre and post-delivery of your baby, including the labor, delivery, and hospital stay, the oversight of finalizing all medical and legal bills and closing your escrow account.
Surrogacy can be an emotional and complex process, and it is essential for all parties involved to fully understand the legal, financial, and emotional implications of the arrangement before entering into a surrogacy agreement. We are here to guide you all the way.
