Founder and guiding force of Quest Surrogacy — a Black, Queer parent and four-time gestational carrier who created this agency to ensure that no one has to navigate surrogacy without affirmation, advocacy, and deeply human care.

Jae has a unique and direct perspective in this field. While working as a gestational carrier with other agencies, she and her queer partner experienced discrimination. From being asked to hide her sexuality to changing her partner's pronouns, Jae faced a huge wake-up call to what Queer surrogates and Queer Intended Parents could face. Not only have these experiences yielded her the expertise to advocate for her clients, but they set in motion her passion for ensuring they do not experience the same.
